We need to remove the classrooms bucket from Setup.
Acceptance Criteria
Given I am a user with permission to setup a classroom, I will see Manage Students, Team Members, roles, and account settings only.
Design
When users with permission visit account setup, they will now see Manage students, team members, roles, and Account settings only.
Business Rules
Manage Classrooms bucket should be completely removed so no users will see it anymore.
