A page for internal RethinkEd staff to enter a new integration for Attendance

Acceptance Criteria

  • Enter new integration metadata: Subject, Company, Assessment Name, Description

  • Enter Benchmark Default Criteria for one of two types: Percentage Based, Days Based

  • Enter Field Mapping for Required Fields with optional notes

  • Enter Field mapping for custom fields and optional notes

  • Select Tool tip checkbox (optional) and text enter if selected

  • Save new Assessment Integration

Workflow Description

Key aspects of Add New Assessment: Attendance

Add New Integration Modal: MetaData ( ): The modal includes a required selection for Subject as Attendance from the drop down contents since the Integration Settings are dependent upon it. Company is a selection from a drop down or a custom entry. Assessment name is a new custom text entry. Description is an optional field for text entry with no limitation although will be truncated on Assessment List.

Integration Settings: Benchmarks ( ): The Benchmarks tab contains the criteria for the benchmarks. There are two Types: Percentage Based and Days Based with Percentage Based as the default. One Type must be selected. Both Percentage Based and Days Based selection have three lines with the first as Tier 1, second as Tier 2 and third as Tier 3. The default settings for Percentage based are 0% to 9% for Tier 1, 10% to 14% for Tier 2 and 15% to 100% for Tier 3. The default setting for Days based are 0-4. 5-9, 10 to 200. Users can edit the ranges for Percentage based and Days based and selections are all inclusive and mutually exclusive.

  • Percentage Based

    • Tier 1 Percentile ranges begin at 0% which is locked.

    • Tier 2 Percentile ranges begin with the high end of Tier 1 value + 1.

    • Tier 3 Percentile ranges begin with the high end of Tier 2 value +1. 

    • Tier 3 Percentile high and range is set to 100% and is locked. 

  • Days Based

    • Tier 1 Total Days ranges begin at 0 which is locked

    • Tier 2 Total Days ranges begin with the high end of Tier 1 value + 1

    • Tier 3 Total Days ranges begin with the high end of Tier 2 value + 1

Integration Settings: Field Mapping ( ): Field Mapping contains the same required fields for both Percentage Based and Days Based. The Field Mapping tab contains the required fields to be mapped to the given data set. There is an option to text enter a tool tip by checking the box which opens a text entry box. Tool tips show to the user in the Student Dashboard. Add note is optional. If selected Add note opens a text entry field. Add Custom Field opens a new field to name and match. The name of the custom entry field will show as the heading in the Student Dashboard for the value in the data set for which it is mapped. Custom entry fields also have optional Tooltip and Add note. The field mapping required fields are the same for both Percentage Based and Days Based selections.
