Overview (Deliverable)

Create an Inactive tab on the Student’s Goals and Analytics page for each student. The Inactive Tab will include goals that are for Future Tracking, Mastered, and Archived.

User Story:

As an Admin or Teacher, I need to see Goals that are not currently being tracked so that I can keep track of goals that have been Mastered or Archived for each student and goals that I will be tracking in the future.

Inactive Tab

  • Tab with text: Inactive

Goal Heading Box

Contains:

  • Goal Name with edit icon? TBD

  • ‘Based on’ identification? TBD

  • icons identifying functionality: TBD, TBD, TBD

  • ‘Attached to’ identification

Status Tags

  • Archived

  • Mastered

  • Future

User Interactions and Validation Notes: What’s New

Inactive Tab

  • Future and Mastered tabs are removed from current functionality and replaced with one tab: “Inactive”

  • A new status: “Archived” is created for goals.

  • Inactive Tab contains goals that are in the following statuses: Future, Mastered, Archived

  • User clicks on Inactive tab to show list of Inactive goals

Goal Heading Box

Goal Name

  • TBD: Do we want to allow a name change on the Inactive Tab?

‘Based on’ identification

  • TBD: Do we want to include this? It was a feature request for Skills customers but we may need to extend it to Goal-Intervention Bank and it may not be worth it

Icon identifying functionality

  • TBD

‘Attached to’ identification reads one of the following:

  • Tier 2: Intervention Plan Name

  • Tier 3: Intervention Plan Name

Workflow Description

  1. User clicks on Inactive Tab from left side navigation

  2. User sees inactive goals

 

Questions

 

  • What will Users be able to do with Inactive Goals?

    • Re-activate: change Archived to Current?

    • Re-activate: change Mastered to Current?

    • Change Archived to Mastered or Mastered to Archived?

  • What about other functionality?

    • Edit custom lesson title?

    • Add/Remove prompts? Suggest No while in an inactive status

    • Master/Unmaster feature request seems to fit here.
