Mental Health & Equity PD
We will be adding two new categories to the SEL Training Center: Mental Health & Equity. Both topics cover hot-button issues in education and will be an attractive addition for district administrators. These two categories will function the same way as the existing SEL trainings with one exception: they will not link to student lessons. For launch, Mental Health will contain 4 modules and Equity will contain 2. These modules need to launch for back to school 2019.

- Clicking on either Mental Health or Equity will display the same fields on the main display screen as existing SEL trainings:

- Display a heading with the topic name (i.e. Anxiety)
- Display the message based on test time settings for the account (same as all other existing trainings)
- If tests are timed, show "Please note, once you begin your test you will be scored whether you complete all of the questions or not. You will have 60 minutes to complete the test. Your test results will be automatically sent to the email address you provided when you signed up. A passing score is 90% or above. Good luck!"
- If tests are not timed, do not show the statement "You will have 60 minutes to complete the test"
- Certificate
- When users pass a module, they will see an icon for the certificate next to their score. Clicking this icon will allow users to be able to view/print a certificate of completion
- Certificate fields (Standard Version):
- Name = registered name of user
- Date started = Date video/test was first clicked on by the user
- Date Completed = Date test was passed
- Hours = 30 minutes
- Title of module = Title of module as shown on the topic list
- CTLE Certificate:
System populates Name, Training Module Title, Training Date and Hours Earned (30 minutes). DOB and SSN the user will fill in themselves.

Business Rules
- Any user with access to SEL PD will have access to Mental Health and Equity modules
- A user can complete the modules in any order
- A user may start the test without watching the training video
- A passing score is 90% or above
- Each module for ALL SEL will result in an individual certificate. THIS IS A CHANGE IN LOGIC.
- Previously, users had to complete all 30 SEL modules to earn a certificate. Now, each module will result in a 30 minute certificate (with a passing score).
- Existing users who have scored 90% or higher on a SEL PD module will see the certificate badge next to their score for the module.
- Users in NYS will earn a CTLE certificate instead of the standard certificate (attached to PR)

- Overview Graph
- On the training center graph, we will include users accessing mental health and/or equity modules with the Social Emotional Learning users. Meaning, if a user accessed the Anxiety module, we will count them as a user who has accessed Social Emotional Learning
- Overview List
- Under Training, we will include users accessing mental health and/or equity modules as unique users who have accessed training. Meaning, if a user accessed the Anxiety module, we will count them as a user who has accessed training.
- Under Training, we will include all videos watched, resources accessed, and tests taken for Mental Health and/or Equity PD modules as training activities. Meaning, if a user watched the Anxiety and Bullying Prevention video and took the Anxiety test, we would count 3 training activities.
- Training Center Graph - SEL
- We will include users accessing mental health and/or equity modules on this graph. Meaning, if a user accessed the Anxiety module (video, test, activities), we will count them as a user who has accessed Social Emotional Learning Training
- Training Center Results - SEL
- On main screen, need to show the user's highest test score for each module
- On score details screen, need to show details for each time the user took the test for each module (same logic as existing training modules)

- Modules assigned should include the number of mental health and equity modules assigned to users
- Training videos watched should include the number of mental health and equity training videos viewed by users
- Activities Printed should include the number of mental health and equity training activities/resources viewed by users
- Modules completed should include the number of mental health and equity training tests passed by users
- Modules started should include the # of mental health and equity modules where a video was watched or a quiz was started/taken, where the user did not pass the module
- Modules not started should include the # of mental health and equity modules where no videos were viewed and no tests were taken

- Team members with modules assigned should include the number of unique users with at least 1 mental health or equity module assigned
- Viewed training videos should include the number of unique users who viewed at least 1 mental health or equity training video
- Printed activities should include the number of unique users who viewed at least 1 mental health or equity resource/activity
- Completed modules should include # of team members who passed all modules assigned within the SEL Training Series (including mental health and equity modules) within the date range
- Started modules should include # of team members who viewed the video or started/took a quiz for at least 1 module within the SEL series (including mental health and equity), but has not passed all modules for the series
- Have not started modules should include # of team members who have not viewed a video or taken a test for any of the modules within the SEL series (this includes mental health and equity)
- Training Center List - SEL
- Utilized
- Any user who accessed at least 1 video, test, or resource for mental health or equity within the date range should appear on this list
- The number of videos, tests, and resources for mental health and equity accessed by a user should be counted under Social Emotional Learning Activities
- Date of last activity should show the date a user last accessed any SEL training activity, including mental health and equity
- Not Utilized
- If a user has not accessed any training activity for any series/module (including mental health and equity) within the date range, they will appear on this list
