Custom Graph| View Progress | Data Tracking | Behavior Suite

We need to make changes to the top search fields, the graph, and the details in the custom area of View progress

User Stories:

  • I am a teacher who needs analyze the data from data express on a custom graph

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see the the Edit data button only when day or session display is selected

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see Mastered goals and objectives will be marked with an M in the graph and details

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see Baseline data points will be marked with a B

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see View by only shows if multiple data methods were set up

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see the order of the filters has changed

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see I can now download the custom graphs that I create

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see settings can be hid to enhance size of graph by clicking Hide settings

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see Save Report name will only show when the user is creating a new custom graph by selecting from the filters

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see If more than 8 days have been recorded for the given time frame, 8 days will show on the graph and then the user will need to click the right arrow to see the next 8 recorded days

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors, I will see details can be hidden by clicking Hide detail

Section 1: Empty State

UI

  • When the user visits View progress Custom Graph tab, they will see a new empty state

 

  • Until they select a saved report, report data, display, program and or time frame . they will see the empty state message Select a saved report or from the filters to create a custom graph.

Business Rules

  • The orientation of filters has changed

  • Adding download to custom graph

Section 2: Filters

UI

Saved Report

  • By clicking on the Open Saved report dropdown, the user can find all saved reports in ABC order as they currently do on the site

 

Report Data

  • Users can select between lessons, behavior, and activities as they do now on the site

Display

  • Users can select between day, week, month, and year as they do now on the site

Program

  • Users can select between any programs(behaviors, skills, etc) as they do now on the site

Time Section

  • Users can select between the time ranges as they do on site

Business Rules

  • Settings can be hid to enhance size of graph by clicking Hide settings

 

 

 

Section 3: Graph

UI

  • If the user is creating a custom graph by selecting the filters, they will see the Report name text box where they can save the filters and graph to view in future

  • Edit data button will show when display is set to Day or session only and this opens the edit screen for this data range and behavior

  • Baseline data will be marked with a B

  • Mastered goals and objectives will be marked on the graph with an M

  • The user can filter by all data types, baseline, objectives, objective 1, etc.

  • If the user has recorded data for frequency and duration, they will see View by selectors which allow them to view data just by frequency or duration or by them both at the same time

  • If the user has recorded data by one data method, they will not see View by options

  • Upon hover, the user will see the date, specific fields related to data collected like number of minutes if viewing by duration and/ or times if viewing by frequency and the team member who recorded the data

  • If more than 8 days have been recorded for the given time frame, 8 days will show on the graph and then the user will need to click the right arrow to see the next 8 recorded days

  • User can collapse the side panel to see an the graph in a larger size

 

Business Rules

  • Edit data button will only show when day or session display is selected

  • Mastered goals and objectives will be marked with an M in the graph and details

  • Baseline data points will be marked with a B

  • Save Report name will only show when the user is creating a new custom graph by selecting from the filters

  • Filter by options are all data types, baseline, objectives, objective 1, objective 2, any other objectives with data

 

Section 4: Details

UI

  • Users can filter by date and time

  • Users will see the date, time, specific fields related to data collected, any notes, and who it was entered by

  • Users can reveal additional fields by clicking arrow if there are more than 5 fields

  • Users will be able to see baseline data marked with a B for final baseline, other baseline, objectives with obj (number), Mastered objectives with an M on the left side of details.

  • Users can hide details by clicking Hide details

  • The mastered goals and objectives will be highlighted for the user and be marked with an M for Mastered

 

Business Rules

  • Details can be hidden by clicking Hide detail

  • Mastered goals and objectives will be marked with an M in the graph and details

  • Baseline data points will be marked with a B
