UI

Behavior Filter

• Choose Program filter will now be called Behavior.

• It will include all behaviors in which the user has inputted data

• The data collection methods will show in parentheses next to the behavior including the new behavior types checklist and rating scale

• Behaviors will be in abc order

• Only the behaviors created for the specific student with data will show in the dropdown

• No Data Found will show if the user has not inputted any data for a particular student

Open

Graph Type

• Selections are the same except we are changing the first graph type named Behavior to Tracking

Open

• Only one graph type selection can be made at a time

Display

• This filter has same functionality

• Default is now by day

Filter by

• We are adding a filter by location or team member

• User must select between location or team member

• If they choose by location, they will see the default locations and custom locations that they have added when recording data on the behavior

• This is a single select dropdown

• The locations are in abc order

• Once the user selects a location, the data for the given location will show on the graph and details below

• If no locations have been recorded, we will show No Data Found message

• If they choose by team member, they will see the team members who have recorded data on the specific student in abc order by last name, first name

• This is a single select dropdown

• If no team members have recorded data on the particular student, we will show No Data Found message

Business Rules

• Behavior graph type will now be called Tracking

• Default for display should now be day

• Filter by is single select including the dropdown for location and team member

UI

• Once the ABC data has been saved and the user views in the View progress area and selects the ABC from graph type, they will see the ABC graph

• The user can select whether they would like to view the graph by context/activity, antecedent, consequence, or possible function by selecting one to view by

• User can only view by one

• The y axis is showing the % of logged behaviors with a particular location/activity, antecedent, consequence, or possible function

• The x axis is showing the different contexts/activities, antecedents, consequences, or possible functions depending on what has been selected

Business Rules

• View by selection is single select

• y axis shows % of context/activity, antecedent, consequence, or positive function

• The context/activity x axis should show academics, special classes, individual time, lunch/recess, changing activities, and other- if there is old data collected from Home we will show this as well.

• The antecedent x axis should show task/command given, no/diverted attention, denied access to item, error correction given , waiting/down time, and other

• The consequence x axis should show ignored, redirected to activity, discussed/corrected, changed activity, moved away/gave break, and other

• The possible x axis should show avoiding something, access to something, get attention, sensory, or other

UI

• The data shown in the graph will also show down below the graph

• The most recent entry will show at the top

• The date, start time, end time, context/activity, antecedent, consequence, and possible function, note, and who entered the data will show in each entry

• The note will be truncated and users can click more to read whole note

• The user can filter the list by by date or time

• The details can be hidden from view by clicking hide details

• The Behavior details of behavior definition, goal, and collection type show in the side panel

Business Rules

• The data list will show chronologically with the most recent entry at the top to the oldest at the bottom

• The behavior definition, goal, and collection type will show in the side panel

• List can be filtered by date and time
