Business Rules

  • Displays the # of unique students with a plan in place at all child accounts the user has access to.
  • This graph will show if the district or any of the district's child accounts the user has access to have purchased Skills (Abilities, Inclusion, Transition, Academic) or Behavior.
  • Behavior
    • This shows the number of unique students at the child accounts the user has access to who have at least 1 unmastered behavior in behavior support within our date range
    • If a behavior has been mastered, but was not mastered during the date range, the student should be counted as having a behavior plan
    • This includes students who also have unmastered lessons on the learning plan
    • If a lesson has been mastered, but was not mastered during the date range, the student should be counted as having a skills plan
    • If a behavior/lesson was mastered in September and then unmastered in March, the student would show as having a plan from September-March.

    • If at least one of the selected regions or any of the selected regions' child accounts the user has access to have purchased both Skills AND Behavior, this item will show on the graph.
  • Any student active at any point within our selected date range will be counted

    • If a behavior/lesson was mastered in September and then unmastered in March, the student would show as having a plan from September-March.
    • If at least one user assigned to one of the selected roles in any account the user has access to have been assigned to Behavior, this item will show on the graph.
  • Skills
    • This shows number of unique students assigned to users with the selected role who have at least 1 unmastered lesson on the learning plan within the date range

Business Rules

  • For each Role Tab, we will show information for all students without a plan in place assigned to users with that role (0 lessons or behaviors assigned) during our selected range
  • Users will be able to sort by student name (alphabetically by last name) or by Team Members (by number of users assigned)
  • Any student active at any point within our selected date range will show
  • Students will show under any role to which they were assigned to users with that role within the date range
  • By default we will sort by number of team members assigned

RULES

  • Role 7 will have access to all plan information across the entire account (all sub-accounts & parent account)
  • Role 6 will have access to all plan information across the sub-accounts they are linked to
  • Role 5 will have access to all plan information for the sub-account they are linked to
  • Custom roles may have access to plan information if admin reports were selected during customization. These roles will have access to all resource information for the sub-accounts they are linked to.
  • No other roles will have access to this report.
  • Accounts with Skills or Behavior Platforms allocated will have access to this report. If an account (or sub-account) does not have access to either the skills or behavior platform, this report will not appear.
  • All sub-accounts with the aforementioned platforms allocated will appear in this report. If a sub-account does not have of these platforms allocated, they will not appear in the report.
  • Only the platforms allocated to a given account (or sub-account) will appear in the report.
