Business Rules

  • If at least one user assigned to one of the selected roles in any account the user has access to have been assigned to Behavior, this item will show on the graph.

Design

• There will be separate tabs for each team member selected
• This is a list view showing:
  • Student Name
  • Team Members
• There will be a sort feature
• Clicking on Team Members will expand to show each user assigned, their role, and the date of their last login (once messaging center launches, will want to be able to click on team member name to send a message)

Business Rules

• For each Team Member Tab, we will show information for all students without a plan in place assigned to that team member (0 lessons or behaviors assigned) during our selected range
• Users will be able to sort by student name (alphabetically by last name) or by Team Members (by number of users assigned)
• Any student active at any point within our selected date range will show
• Students will show under any team member to which they were assigned to users with that role within the date range
• By default we will sort by number of team members assigned
• Team Members will show the number of users assigned to the student
  • Clicking on this date will display the names of each team member assigned to the student, their role, and the dates of last login
  • If a user has never logged in, display "–"

Export/Print

• We will export the data from the tab the user is currently viewing
• Print
  • We will print the graph on screen
  • We will not print the filters, side panel, pill tabs, or drop-down menu
  • Print in landscape
  • Show logo at top of page
  • Graph should fill the page
