Client Contact Registration: Verification Code Expired Label
New Feature! You will now see a caregiver’s verification code status if it has expired.. In addition, there will be a new “resend verification code” check box available when users are ready to resend the verification code to give the client contact access to Rethink.
Registration Status | Description |

Contact verification code expired | expired registration status In red text “Contact verification code expired” will appear after 48 hours has passed and the verification code is still not verified through the client contacts email address. This message will remain until the client checks off the “Resend Verification Code to Create System Login for Contact” box to start the registration process again. After the check box is checked client contact will receive a registration email with the verification code. checkbox for verification code to be resent
