Mobile App Improved Continued Session Messaging

Log in Screen when continuing a session or starting a new session | When a user logs out without syncing, the next time they log in they will receive the following improved messaging: "There is unsynced data on your device. Would you like to start a new session or continue collecting data? All data will be synced with the date you began collecting data."  | Pressing Continue will continue with the previous data session on the app. Pressing New Session will start a New Session and Sync any data currently on the device.
