Classroom Rating Scale
We need to create a report for classroom rating scale results. This report should be viewed across all grades or for individual grades.

General Concept
Design
When a user clicks the pill tab Student Self-Assessment under the Assessment reports, they will see two additional filters.
The first filter will be for Grade
The second filter will be for Assessment Category
These selections will result in a bar graph showing the number of students who fell in the pending, low, medium, and high range for the selected category
Hovering on a bar will reveal the number of students ranked
Business Rules
This report will only show if at least 1 building from the filter selections has been allocated SEL SEL student licenses
The report will show the number of unique students who scored as Pending, Low, Medium, and High based on the most recent score within the date range
Grades
This is a single selector menu
Grades available are:
All Grades (default)
Grade 6
Grade 7
Grade 8
Grade 9
Grade 10
Grade 11
Grade 12
If All Grades is selected, we will calculate the number of unique students from any grade who scored as Pending, Low, Medium, and High on the SEL Classroom Rating Scale based on the student’s most recent score within the date range
If a single grade is selected, we will calculate the number of unique students from the selected grade who scored as Pending, Low, Medium, and High on the SEL Classroom Rating Scale based on the student’s most recent score within the date range
We will count the student under the grade they belonged to at the time of the assessment. Meaning, if we run a report from 2019-2020, and Student A was in Grade 6 in 2019 and Grade 7 in 2020, their assessment results will be counted under Grade 6 in 2019 and Grade 7 in 2020.

We will calculate the number of unique students who scored as Pending, Low, Medium, and High for the selected category on the SEL Classroom Rating Scale based on the student’s most recent score within the date range
Export/Print
We will export the data as shown on the screen. Meaning, if we are running a Relationship Skills report on all grades for Region A, this is the data we will export.
Print
We will print the graph as shown on the screen based on selections
We will not print the filters, side panel, pill tabs, or drop-down menu
We will show a title on the graph as SEL Classroom Rating Scale INSERT SELECTED CATEGORY Report for INSERT SELECTED GRADE from INSERT FILTER START DATE to INSERT FILTER END DATE
We will show a sub-title detailing the filter selections
District
Design
We will not show separate tabs. All results will be included on one graph
Business Rules
This report will only show if at least 1 of the district’s buildings the user has access to has been allocated SEL SEL student licenses
The report will show the number of unique students in the selected grade in all of the district’s buildings the user has access to who scored as Pending, Low, Medium, and High for the selected assessment category based on the students' most recent results within the date range.
We will count the results for all students active at the district within the date range
Export/Print
We will export the data as shown on the screen. Meaning, if we are running a Relationship Skills report on all grades, this is the data we will export.
Print
We will print the graph as shown on the screen based on selections

We will count the results for all students active and assigned to team members with the selected role within the date range
