First Glance Overview:

Innive K12 360 seems to have used Tableau as the go-to Data Visualization dashboard template for integrating multiple data sources. They are marketing several Dashboards that focus on using data to achieve District Goals for MTSS. This differs from our approach for integrating multiple data sources and translating data into Tier Levels which is the heart of MTSS.

Although the data visualizations are compelling with the inclusion of many more data values (depending upon the Assessments [iReady, NWEA Map, Star] integrated) then what we currently have included, there seems to be a solutions-based approach that is lacking. Innive K-12 360 shows data: lots of data but does not yet offer solutions such as our Intervention Plans, Vizzle, Behavior Tools and the tracking associated with our tools.

Behavior also seems to be buried as a less important item. SEL seems to not yet incorporate the changing landscape/view points prevalent across the country.

 

The preliminary recommendation that needs further study:

  • Develop our Solutions-based approach further for upcoming iterations of MTSS Dashboard.

    • Similar to our Student Dashboard
