Completing the RBT (40 hour) Training on Rethink

NOTE: It is best to complete the training on a desktop browser as the training videos are optimized for desktops. Additionally, if you have a weaker internet connection, please view the videos with a lower video resolution by selecting the gear icon within the video and choosing ‘360p’

Once you're logged in, navigate to the Resources and Training Center:

Click on Registered Behavior Tech Training and select Continue.

You will be required to complete 26 content areas (82 modules in total) beginning with Module 1 and ending with Module 26C

VIDEOS:

To get started click on Watch Training to begin the video for Module 1.

Every Module has a video, but not all modules have tests.

Each Training video contains “parts” . The part highlighted in blue to the right of the video is the part currently being viewed.

The video also offers Closed Captioning in Spanish and English.

There are participation questions in between each part.

If you need to leave the Module before completing, the system will pick up at the beginning of the part where you left off or the subsequent part if completed.

TESTS:

Once you have completed all parts of a video, and if that module has a test, you will see the Start Test button will be a different color and available for access.

• Each Test has a time limit of 30 minutes and a passing score criterion of 90% or higher

• You can take the test multiple times if needed

• After taking the exam, your score will be displayed next to the Training Module. If you take the test several times, your highest score will be displayed here:

• If you completed a training module without a test, this module will show a status of “complete” once you have completed the training video.

CERTIFICATE:

Once you have completed all modules in the 26 content areas, you can Print a Certificate that will verify you have completed the 40 hours of RBT Training through Rethink.

• If you have completed all of the coursework, the number 40 HR 24 MIN will be listed next to Hours of Instruction on the certificate

• Please keep in mind that this certificate qualifies you for the completion of the 40 hours of training ONLY
