Welcome to Rethink Behavioral Health! Below are the On Demand Clinical Kickoff Resources to help you get started in your account. Follow the steps below to set up and customize your account for clinical implementation. Once you've watched the videos and reviewed all resources, please schedule a time to meet with your Clinical Implementation Specialist to review your account and create a clinical implementation plan.

Funders
Funder are typically set up by the account set up team and/or PM (DO NOT ADJUST SETTINGS)
In order to user the Funder Reports, at least one funder needs to be set up in the company account

Client Settings
Client Status: Add, Remove, or Edit
DEMO CLIENT - STATUS; SET TO ACTIVE; CREATE ONE DEMO CLIENT WITH THIS STATUS
Client Note Types: Add, Remove, or Edit
Roles and Permissions - CRITICAL AREA PRIOR TO DATA COLLECTION COMMENCING
Add and Edit permissions for all roles
Add additional roles for staff titles if needed
Review Clinical Kickoff Video if needed for this area, this is a critical area that gives all staff members specific levels of access
ABC Settings - CRITICAL AREA PRIOR TO DATA COLLECTION COMMENCING
Remove or Add ABC data collection setting before commencing data collection
Once a setting has data collected it is not able to be removed
Total of 12 options for context, antecedent, consequences, and possible function
Data Settings - CRITICAL AREA PRIOR TO DATA COLLECTION COMMENCING
Add or Edit Default Mastery Criteria Settings
Add or Remove Automatic Phase Change Line - for mastery of targets in teaching/maintenance/reintroducing a target
Add, Remove, or Edit Prompt Levels- Least to Most/Top to Bottom is required in Rethink
VBMAPP (Licenses if needed)
Purchasing individual or bulk licenses
Record of how many licenses are purchased and used

STEP 4: RESOURCE AND TRAINING CENTER: Review and browse the Resource and Training Center
Resource and Training Center
Intro to Autism/ABA training—Can be used with Parents or Staff. 11 modules-8 hours. Guided notes to print, video, quiz-90% or better. Printable activity to complete afterwards.
RBT training:
Curriculum to fulfill requirement of 40 hour training to sit for BACB RBT exam. 26 modules-40+ hours.
Guided notes to print for each module.
Video with quizzes for checks for understanding embedded. Must get the quiz question correct to continue video. Once video is complete test will unlock.
90% mastery criteria for each module; Unlimited attempts.
Once module is passed, you can print certificate of completion.
To be eligible to sit for the exam all modules must be completed within 180 days with a minimum of 5 days.
