Duration data can be viewed as average duration or total duration. Because of this, when entering duration data on the website an observation length needs to be entered. (Please note this is automatically calculated when using the mobile app for data collection)

View duration data as average duration or total duration in ANALYZE DATA and within reports in FUNDER REPORTS

To Enter DURATION data on the website:

  • In the DATA ENTRY tab of a client’s profile, select the program

  • Choose the target(s)/plan you wish to enter data on. Add in total duration of the target along with the amount of time you observed the client. This could be a programmed amount of time, determined by a supervisor OR the entire length of the session. Data can be entered as SECONDS, MINUTES, HOURS.

 

  • Select SAVE to save/graph your data
