Jrich: Rostering and Content Integration

Instead of having one integration dropdown in Jrich, we would need to split it up into Rostering Integration and Content Integration.

User Stories:

  • As an account manager or Integration Specialist for Rethink, I need an easy way to setup a rostering or content integration type.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given I am a user who has permission to view Jrich, I will see a rostering and content integration selections.

  • Given I am a user who has permission to edit Jrich, I will be able to select one rostering integration and/ or one content integration.

Account Information: Rostering and Content Integration

Design

  • Users will visit account setup in Jrich and select edit.

 

 

 

Edit

  • Once the user clicks edit, they can click on the Rostering Integration dropdown and/or the Content Integration dropdown to select from the integration types.

  • The user will need to click save once they are done making their selections.

 

 

Business Rules

  • Users can only select one Rostering integration and/or one Content integration

  • Rostering integration is single select

  • Roster integration selections include

    • No Integration

    • Clever

    • Classlink

    • ERB

    • OneRoster

    • Other SSO

    • SIS

  • Content integration is single select

  • Content integration selections include

    • No Integration

    • Canvas

    • Schoology
