Custom Curriculum Filter

Need to add the ability to filter the Lesson Library to search for Custom Curriculum lessons. This feature was available on the old UI, but was not included on new UI. The logic for the filters is as follows:

• Need to add a Lesson Type called Custom Curriculum
• Once Custom Curriculum is selected as the Type, Grades should not be available. This could be grayed out or simply removed, whichever is easier.
• Domains should display all domains which have custom curriculum content available. If no custom lessons were added to a domain, this domain will not appear as an option. We should include an option for All Domains.
• Clicking on a domain will display the custom lessons that have been added to the selected domain.
