List (SEL Assessment Reports)

We need to create a list view that allows users to view which students have a complete SEL assessment within the date range. They need to view results for both the self-assessment and the rating scale. For students who have a complete assessment, we need to see their score in each of the assessment areas. For students who have not completed the assessment, we need to see the date they were last assigned the self-assessment and the date (outside of the current date range) they last had a complete assessment.

General Concept
Design
When the user clicks on the List pill tab for the SEL Assessment Reports, they will see a drop-down menu with 2 options:
Students Assessed
Students Not Assessed
Clicking on Students Assessed will take the user to the Students Assessed report
Clicking on Students Not Assessed will take the user to the Students Not Assessed report.
Business Rules
This report will only show if at least 1 of the buildings from the filter selection has been allocated SEL SEL student licenses.
We will default to Students Assessed
Export/Print
We will export and print based on the current view. Meaning, if we are looking at a list of Students Assessed at Building A, this is the view we will export and print.
