Using Custom Domains

Rethink’s Custom Domain feature allows you to create custom domains for your organization to categorize programming for many different reasons: funder requirements, multiple service lines, parent training goals, etc.

This resource will review:

Tips for using Custom Domains

  • Custom Domains are originally turned off for the account

  • Those who have access to Edit the Company Account can create Custom Domains

  • Once Custom Domains are turned on, a tag image will appear for each program in the program library. All programs will need to be tagged to a domain (Rethink program or custom programs)

  • Custom Domains can be seen in the Program Library, on the individual program, in Analyze Data and in a Funder Report

Adding a tagged program to a client

As a clinical user, when adding a program to a client where this program is already tagged with a custom domain in the program library, I want this program to be added to the client program with that domain so that I am able to report it under this domain

  • Staff members who have the ability to edit programs can edit or remove the custom domain.

  • Staff who do NOT have access to editing will see client program goals and tags in view only mode.

  • Important: Moving programs back to the program library:

    • Important: If you move a program from the client program that has a changed custom tag, it will revert back to the custom tag that was created in the program library.

    • If you move a program from the client program that kept the custom tag that was created in the library, it will remain the same when returned to the program library.
