Company Permissions

In order to view the Attend Behavior feature, a staff member must have the “Access Attend Behavior” permission given to them at either the role level or the staff member level:

  • Role level permissions give every user in the role access to Attend Behavior

  • Staff level permissions give one particular staff member access to Attend Behavior

Attend Behavior tab

In client>client info, a new tab will be visible for Attend Behavior once permissioned for staff

 

 

  • If staff are able to view/use Attend, they are also able to add Attend to new clients

  • Add/Access Attend by selecting “Attend Behavior” from the Client’s profile, and selecting “confirm” that you would like to go to the Attend site

  • If the client was not previously added, this process will add them. If they were previously added, this will take the user into the site

Client Demographics Checkbox

In the client demographics page, there will be a new “Attend Behavior” checkbox

 

If Attend Behavior has never been accessed through the client’s page, the checkbox will be empty

 

If Attend Behavior has been accessed through the client’s page, there will be a check in the checkbox, to track which clients the Attend Behavior feature is being used for

 

 

  • View which clients have Attend added by reviewing their demographics page

Demo Access

Create a demo account for Attend AFTER you enter Attend’s site by selecting “Create Demo” from the dashboard

 

 

  • Use the Rethink integration to add and access Attend for actual clients, and then set up a demo account from within the Attend site using the orange button. Rethink is how how will access Attend for actual clients, and once in the Attend site, a demo account will be available

  • Make sure you use a different email than your work email when setting up the demo account

Tips for 1st Client/Use

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Client contact info must be entered and correct. The primary contact will receive the invite, and will need an email.

 

  • Select the link for Attend from the Clint Info tab.

 

 

 

  • Enter Attend

 

 

 

  • Create a demo account. (Do NOT use the same email you use for work).

 

 

  • Navigate the clinician dashboard

 

 

 

  • Schedule an assessment
