Payroll and Billing Report Management Updates

Run Reports for up to 181 days
A new tab My Reports has been added to the billing and payroll report home pages where ALL generated reports for the logged in user will be stored.
The Download Button has been updated to Run Now

After Clicking Run Now … What happens?

1	User receives a confirmation pop up		By default the email will be sent to the users email in their staff profile. (you may want to check that your email is up to date)
2	The system will create a record in the users My Reports Tab and assign Pending Status.		Statuses: Pending: The report is in a queue of reports waiting to be processed Download: Report ready for download Download: Report was previously downloaded You may download at anytime and as many times as you you like. Fail: There was an error when processing the report. User can run the report again or contact the Rethink Support Team to see if it may be recovered. Statuses allow users to see where the report is in the process at any point in time No need to rely on email notifications when you are working in the billing and payroll report page.
3	Users will receive an email when the report is ready		Link to reports will no longer be included in the email notifications Users may use the ‘login’ link to be brought to the respective report page Users may also use the rethink support provided link to access our support professionals more quickly.
