6. Effect on View Data

Graph Labeling and Functionality Updates:

  • X-axis labels will adjust to reflect the chosen mastery criteria (sessions/day) based on the selection.

  • Major tick marks on the x-axis will display the date entered in the calendar in data entry/mobile app.

  • Y-axis will exhibit no change in functionality but varied labels depending on the data collection type:

    • Opportunity-based: % of Opportunity (0-100)

    • Task Analysis: % of opportunity (0-100); steps graph not available by day

    • Frequency: Time/Session, Time/Day

    • Duration: Min (values < 60 adjusted to 60 max)

    • Interval: % of Intervals (0-100)

Task Analysis Steps Graphs for Consecutive Days Mastery Criteria:

  • Task Analysis steps graphs will display x-axis in days with one date per tick mark and labeled accordingly.

Task Analysis Steps Graphs with Prompts/Without Prompts & Consecutive Days Mastery Criteria:

  • Graphs will appropriately display the most restrictive prompt or correct/incorrect data for each day and step.

7. Effect on Analyze Data

When accessing the Analyze Data tab, the skill acquisition graphs will reflect the previously set mastery criteria within the client program.

Upon selecting Skills > abilities, inclusion, or transition and choosing a specific skill acquisition program with entered baseline, teaching/intervention, or maintenance data:

  • Graphs will default their X-Axis display to match the mastery criteria configured in the client program.

  • Default Analyze Data Dropdowns should state: Average

  • Combination and target-specific graphs will mirror the mastery criteria settings by default.

  • Task analysis "steps" graphs will accurately depict the chosen mastery criteria/maintenance from the client program.

Variations in Graph Display in Analyze Data Based on Mastery Criteria:

Opportunity-Based, Task Analysis, and Interval Data:

When mastery criteria are set to consecutive days for opportunity-based, task analysis, and interval data collection:

  • Calculation: Average % of opportunities

  • Y-Axis Label: 'Average % of opportunities'

Frequency:

When mastery criteria are set to consecutive days for frequency data collection:

  • Calculation: Average number of times

  • Y-Axis Label: 'Average # of times'

Duration:

When mastery criteria are set to consecutive days for duration data collection:

  • Calculation: Average Number Minutes

  • Y-Axis Label: 'Average Number of Minutes'

8. Effect on Funder Reports

Default Settings for Skill Acquisition Progress in Funder Reports:

When creating or editing a Funder Report, the default display for skill acquisition program graphs will reflect the mastery criteria previously set within the client program, defaulted to "Day" and "Total" before pressing "Preview."

Editing Default Drop-Downs Before Preview:

Modifying the default drop-down options for skill acquisition progress prior to hitting "Preview" will affect the default settings for skill acquisition progress in the field.

Editing After Preview:

After previewing, users can edit drop-downs and display options for individual skill acquisition programs before saving the Funder Report.

Other Areas of Impact: The scenarios related to manual mastery, automastery, data decisions, targets on hold, goals with objectives, goals without objectives, goals with maintenance, and goals without maintenance should align consistently with View Data and Analyze Data functionality.

Consistency with Mastery Criteria in Skill Acquisition: When using consecutive days for task analysis data collection in data entry and mastering targets, steps, objectives, or goals, the following functionalities will remain consistent:

  • Inclusion/Exclusion of baseline

  • Manual mastery

  • Automastery and prompt fading

  • Data decisions

  • Targets/steps on hold

  • Goals with or without objectives

  • Goals with or without maintenance

  • Unmastering targets/steps and goals

  • Handling invalid data scenarios related to mastery

  1. Q: How do I set Mastery Criteria in the Skill Acquisition program?

    • A: Within the client program section, users can choose between consecutive sessions or days for various data collection types like opportunity-based, task analysis, duration, frequency, and interval.

  2. Q: Can I customize Mastery Criteria for different types of data collection?

    • A: Yes, users have the flexibility to set Mastery Criteria differently for various data collection types. For instance, they can set different criteria for opportunity-based data compared to task analysis or frequency data.

  3. Q: How does Mastery Criteria impact the graphs and reports in the system?

    • A: Mastery Criteria settings influence how graphs and reports are displayed, showcasing data based on the criteria set. For instance, changing Mastery Criteria between consecutive sessions or days will reflect in various views like Analyze Data and Funder Reports.

  4. Q: Can Mastery Criteria be adjusted after initially setting it?

    • A: Yes, Mastery Criteria can be edited or updated within the client program settings, providing users with the flexibility to adapt criteria as the learner progresses or based on specific requirements.

  5. Q: What happens if I set Mastery Criteria to consecutive sessions or days for task analysis data collection?

    • A: When using consecutive sessions or days for task analysis, the system will accurately depict mastery criteria in the Task Analysis Steps Graphs, showcasing progress based on the specified criteria.

  6. Q: If I set Mastery Criteria to "day" and have multiple sessions on a single date, how does the system handle this in the data?

    • A: When Mastery Criteria is configured to "day," and multiple sessions occur on a specific date, the system will aggregate the data points and calculate the average for that particular day. Instead of displaying individual session data separately, the system will present an averaged representation for that date.
