When adding a new funder report, users will see the new feature added where the service line now includes the funder as well. Chapter 4: Custom Header Implementation for Session Notes
4.1 Billable Session Notes with Custom Header Turned On/Off:
When configuring custom headers for billable session notes, users can specify the fields they want to include in the title header section of the notes. This customization allows users to personalize the title header content according to their reporting preferences.
By disabling the custom header option for billable session notes the system will stamp the existing "hard coded" ( Client Name, Client DOB, Member ID) fields onto only newly submitted session notes.
4.2 Non-Billable Session Notes with Custom Header Turned On/Off:
Similarly, users can also configure custom headers for non-billable session notes, tailoring the title header content to suit their specific requirements.
By disabling the custom header option for non-billable session notes the system will stamp the existing "hard coded" ( Client Name and Client DOB) fields onto only newly submitted session notes.
4.3 Viewing Billable Session Notes in File Cabinet:

4.4 Viewing Non-Billable Session Notes in File Cabinet:
Similarly, users can also access and view non-billable session notes in the file cabinet section of the application. Here, all saved session notes are stored for reference and review.

Q: Can I change the custom header settings after saving them?
A: Yes, you can modify the custom header settings even after saving them. Simply access the template builder interface, navigate to the custom header section, and make the desired changes. Remember to save your modifications to apply the updated custom header settings.
Q: Are there limitations on the number of fields I can include in the custom header?
A: Yes, you can include up to five fields in the custom header. This limitation ensures that the header remains concise and focuses on the most relevant information. If you require additional fields, consider prioritizing the most essential data for inclusion in the header.
Q: Can I use different custom headers for different types of reports?

Q: Can I revert to the default header settings if I no longer wish to use custom headers?
A: Yes, you can revert to the default header settings at any time by disabling the custom header feature. Simply access the template builder interface, navigate to the custom header section, and toggle off the custom header functionality.
