How a CONTINUED SESSION works:

Users can logout from the app with the option of continuing their data collection session later.

When logging back in with data stored on the device, the users are prompted to choose whether they want to continue a previous session or to start a new session.

When CONTINUING A SESSSION, the app will take the user directly to the main menu page with the last client and appointment that was selected.  Users can continue with data collection, ADD MORE PROGRAMS, and finish session notes.

When syncing using a continued session, the data will be graphed the date it was entered.



  

Adding MORE PROGRAMS when continuing a session is new feature.  This allows users to add a program when they are ready to take data on that specific program.

Ex.) If you are continuing a session from one location to another location (home to community) or if you are providing services in a center/clinic and therapy sessions are continued throughout one day before syncing.



Continued sessions can be used with the following if the are started in a previous session:

  • Collect Data

  • An Appointment

  • Session Notes



Users can also do MULTIPLE CONTINUED SESSIONS if needed!



How a NEW SESSION works:

  • When starting a new session, the app will keep the old session on the device and will be synced with a future data sync.

  • The user will be starting a new session and can select appointments and enter data for clients. There is NO data from a previous session in the collect data area nor session notes for appointments that were started. 

  • The use of starting a new session is also helpful if staff forget to sync their data from previous sessions
