District Overview Tab:
View your District data holistically; within buildings, and across content areas!
Includes up to 5 clickable Content Tabs: ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL, Attendance with Absence / Tardy toggle.
Comprehensive filtering capacity makes equity analysis easy with the following filter options: Grade, Gender, Race, IEP, FRL (Free Reduced Lunch), Housing Status, 504, and EP (English Proficiency).
Tier graphs show a district-wide percentage of students at each Tier Level with hovering details revealing the number of students.
Clicking on a specific building updates the graphs to the selected building’s data.
Search bar returns data for a specific text-entered building name.
Group by drop-down selector adjust the chart contents to Regions or Buildings.
District Specialized Content Tabs:
Risk Analytics identify areas of critical need!
Analyze content-specific data across the district and within individual buildings with Tier Notices, Risk Analytics and critical Intervention Plan needs.
For the overall district, the content-specific graph contains Tier percentages based on the most recent data.
Clicking on a building changes the graph contents to reflect the selected building.
For each building, the chart includes the percentages of student at each tier level and the number of students identified through Risk Analytics whose current performance indicate they at risk of moving to a more intensive Tier.
Advanced Analytics identifies the number of students per building that meet the criteria for an Intervention Plan but do not have one. Heading “T2/T3 No Intervention” shows these numbers.
For each building and specific to the content tab selected, Drill through capacity reveals the needs of individual classrooms and grade levels.

Graphs contain the most current Tier Level percentages for each content area
Classroom list contain student’s most current Tier Level Recommendation for each content area.
Clickable student names take user to directly to the Student Dashboard
Blue clickable student profile needs take user directly to the student’s profile
To guide Educators' Intervention planning, Student-specific Opportunity Analytics show as an Approaching icon (upward green arrow) indicating that the student’s score / status is approaching a less intensive Tier.
To guide Educators' Intervention planning, Student-specific Risk Analytics show as an At Risk icon (downward red arrow) indicating that the student’s score /status is at risk of moving to a more intensive Tier.
Clickable Intervention Plan buttons give easy access to view the current Intervention Plan.
To promote action, Tier Notices (red and orange blocks) show when Intervention Plan are recommended but no Intervention Plan has been created.

Individual Student Overview shows the whole child!
View each student’s summary across all content areas with action prompts including Tier Notices, At Risk and Approaching Indicators, and Intervention Plan status.
Advanced analytics within the graphs compare the student’s most current overall performance to that of their peers and show it to you as an emphasized outline.
Comprehensive reporting within the chart color-matches Tier Notices to their category line item when an Intervention Plan is recommended but not yet created.

ELA and Math Academic Tabs have options for enhancing Comprehensive Reporting with custom fields depending on the Assessment data provided. At a minimum data reporting includes:

The Attendance Tab has options for including both Absence and Tardy data and enhanced Comprehensive Reporting with custom fields depending on the data provided and reporting method chosen. At a minimum data reporting includes:
