Skills Activities (total activities report)

We will report on the total number of skills activities completed by grade.

General Concept

Design

  • We will show a tab for each region/building/role/team member

  • This will be a bar graph

  • We will show the # of Skills Activities completed for each grade

  • Hovering on a bar will show the number of completed Skills Activity (i.e. 48 Abilities Activities)

 

Business Rules

  • We will show grades EI-12 and NA

  • Special Education Skills Activities  = Abilities Activities

Export/Print

  • We will export the data as shown on the screen. Meaning, if we are running a district report, we will export data on completed Skills Activities in each grade in the district

  • Print

    • We will print the graph as shown on the screen based on selections

    • We will not print the filters, side panel, pill tabs, or drop-down menu

    • We will show a title on the graph as Number of Completed Special Education Skills Activities from INSERT FILTER START DATE to INSERT FILTER END DATE

    • We will show a sub-title detailing the filter selections


District

Design

  • All students will be reflected on one graph.

  • This will be a bar graph

  • We will show the # of Skills Activities completed for each grade

  • Hovering on a bar will show the number of completed Skills Activities (i.e. 48 Abilities Activities)

 

Business Rules

  • We will show the total number of Abilities Activities completed by students in each grade within the date range in all of the district's child accounts the user has access to

  • If a student is in Grade 1 in August and completed a Skills Activity at that time and Grade 2 in September and completed a Skills Activity at that time, we will count the student’s activities under Grade 1 in August and Grade 2 in September.

Export/Print

  • We will export the data as shown on the screen. Meaning, if we are running a district report, we will export data on total number of Skills Activities completed by students in each grade in the district

  • Print

    • We will print the graph as shown on the screen based on selections

  • If a student is assigned to a user with Role A in August and completed a Skills Activity at that time and assigned to a user with Role B in September and completed a Skills Activity at that time, we will count the student’s activities under Role A in August and Role B in September.

  • The student’s activities will be counted under each role for which they are assigned to a team member with that role.
