'Save As' Enhancements-Funder Report

Overview: Funder reports will now have a ‘Save As’ option (with functionality similar to ‘Save As’ on Microsoft documents) to allow users to save different versions of the same report.

Funder Reports

When you click to edit a saved funder report, you will see a ‘Save As' button which will allow you to save the report as a new document with a new name.

 

 

 

 

When you click ‘Save As’, you will see a pop-up where you can type in the new report name.

 

 

By default, when you click' Save As', the ‘Report Name’ field will have the report name + a new version. (ex: Funder report 1_v2). This field is editable.

 

 

 

If you try to save the new document with the same name as any existing document, you will see a message asking you to confirm that you want to replace the existing document.

 

If you click ‘Replace’, the existing document with the same name will be replaced by the new document.
