You now have the ability to add a demo client to explore the clinical and practice management features for training purposes. Once a demo client status and client is added, you will not be charged for this client with your monthly Rethink client count.

  • Create a demo client status in the company account under client Status

 

  1. Create one demo client status - the name can be customized

  2. The demo client status should be set to active - check active

  3. The demo field should also be checked

  4. Save demo client status

 

  • Multiple demo client statuses can be created but only one demo client can be used. It’s recommended to only create one demo client status to avoid confusion.

Create a Demo Client

  1. Create a new Client, by going to the “Clients” tab and clicking on the “Add New Client” button.

2.When creating a new client’s profile, for the field Status of the new client - add in “demo client” or the unique status for the client that was created.

3. Save the new Demo Client

Add a Diagnosis for the demo client

On the Diagnosis tab, enter a diagnosis by searching or entering a diagnosis code.

Add a funder for the demo client

Click on the funder tab and select a funder from the list of available funders, as created on your Company Account.

Complete all areas with an asterisk then Save.

Assigning the demo client to staff members

The demo client will be included in the client list as an active client but will have a unique Demo Icon.

The demo client can be used for training purposes

Assign the demo client to any staff they need to for training.

  • For any clients that need the demo client assigned, they can be assigned to the demo client just like any other client.

  • Be sure that the locations match up.

Demo Client with Clinical Features

The demo client will be treated like any other client and you will have access to the following:

  1. Assessments

  2. File Cabinet

  3. Program Library

  4. Client Program

  5. Behavior Support

  6. Data Entry

  7. Analyze Data

  8. Funder Report

  9. Mobile App

  10. TheraWe

Using the demo client when you’re getting started in Rethink, will allow you to explore areas of the platform as well as enter data on the website and app without it being an actual client.

Billing Export

By default, The Billing Export will not include any Demo Client, unless the ‘include Demo Client’ box is checked.

Payroll Export

By default, the Payroll export will not include demo client unless the ‘include appointments for demo clients’ box is checked.

Appointment List Filters

The appointment list view of the Scheduler can be filtered to include Demo Clients.

Expiring Authorization Report Filter

Demo Client will display with ‘Demo’ after the name on the Clients field. By default, the Demo clients will not be included in the report unless the ‘include Demo Clients’ box is checked.

Options to include or exclude demo client in reports

All the following reports will have the option "Include Demo Client".  Demo clients will not be included in any of them unless the user chooses this option:

·       Cancellations

·       Staff Productivity

·       Billable Hour Summary

·       Client Log

·       Authorization Utilization

·       Parent Verification Form

The following reports will not include the demo clients at all

·       Unique Clients

·       Caseload By Service Line

·       Caseload by location

·       Client Status
