Data Entry via Mobile Browser

While in online areas, you are also able to use your phone's mobile browser to collect data. 

1) Open your phone's browser and navigate to www.rethinkbehavioralhealth.com

2) Click on the three horizontal bars in the top right hand corner. This will generate a drop down. Select "Log In" 

3) This will bring you to the log in page. Enter your credentials just as you would on the app or the website. 

4) Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all available tabs (please note: yours may look different depending on your account access) 

5) Select the first tab "Clients" which will bring you to the list of all clients assigned to you. Select the desired client by clicking on their name. This will bring you to their profile. 

6) Click on the "Client Info" box to generate a drop down for all areas of the platform. Select "Data Entry." 

7) In order to select multiple programs for data entry, you will need to click on the three little blue dots in the upper right hand corner. This will generate a drop down with all available programs. Select the desired ones for data collection. 

8) You can then click the "Data Entry" box again to minimize the program selection drop down. The programs will then be available for data entry. 

9) If you would like to view the data you have collected, simply click on the "More Options" button. 

10) Then select "View Data." This will generate a graph. 

11) If you scroll down, you will also be able to view the individual data points by selecting "Show Baseline Data"
