Print Custom Data Sheets

 

1) Select your Client from the Client Page, and go to Data Entry:

 

 

2) Select Actions, and click Create Data Sheet:

 

 

3) Check off the box for the Program(s) you would like to include on your data sheet:

 

 

4) Select your choice of up to 5 Data Collection panels and click Create:

 

 

5) Your Custom Data sheets will automatically be downloaded and available for printing:
