Add Custom Date Input

We need to add a custom date input to the classroom incident list so that users can easily add custom date ranges.
Acceptance Criteria:
Given I have access to the classroom incident list, I will see a custom button in the date filter where I can input a start and end date.

Design
In the classroom incident list, users can click on the date to select a time frame to filter the list by.
We will be adding a custom button.
When the user clicks on the custom button, the start and end date fields will open so that the user can input the date using the month/date/ year format.
Once date is inputted, the list will filter based on custom date range
