Bulk Delete Permissions Refinement-Restrict Users from Deleting Verified Appointments without correct permission in the Scheduler Appointment List.

Tutorial: Bulk Delete Appointments in the Appointment List

This update will now require users to have “Delete Verified Appointment” permissions in order to bulk delete appointments in the Scheduler Appointment List that have a staff, parent and/or principal verification

(Previously users with Delete appointment permissions were able to bulk delete ALL appointments regardless of verification status)

Block users from verifying appointments tagged as No Authorization on Website

Tutorial: Allow/Block Users from verifying appointments tagged as "No Authorization"

If company setting for “allow staff to verify billable appointments” is turned off, staff will not be able to take any action on appointments that are tagged as No Authorization on the Rethink Website application including the mobile browser.

(Previously this feature was only available on the Rethink App)
