Learn some of the best practice recommendations for users of the Rethink App

A. Ensure that you are using only one method for completing an appointment, such as just the Rethink App or just the web browser.

B. Ensure that if you are using the app, it is the most updated version. Technical Troubleshooting

C. If using the Rethink app, follow the recommended Workflow:

Log into the app while you are within good connectivity & click on the Calendar Icon to allow appointments to download/update into your app:
When ready to take data/complete appointment, you can log into the app, even without good connectivity (only after ensuring Step 1 was recently completed). *If connectivity is spotty, you may wish to place your device into airplane mode.
Click on the Calendar Icon
Click ‘Collect Data’ at the bottom of page
Select programs and complete data collection.
Click the small back arrow at top left of screen one time, where “notes” is seen in the top middle of screen
Click “Notes” and complete Session note
Click ‘verify’ at top right of screen and Verify time (parent verification is optional, too, if desired on this page)
Click “Sync” at top right of screen. When sync displays as successful, you can return to calendar page and select another appointment or log out.
Ensure that if you were offline when completing note, that you return to connectivity and open the app up. That is all that is needed to ensure that the data ‘pushes’ into website.

Using the Settings Icon in the app, you will have the option to choose whether you want

ALL TARGETS, or the FIRST TARGET preselected as the default in the app.

2. The setting only has to be changed one time (per device) and then the default is saved.

3. The setting change applies to online and offline utilization.
