DPH Integration

  • DPH Integration enhancements (BETA) to send billing information to Department of Public Health MA

    • Include insurance information with only DPH checked Service Lines

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) HHAeXchange

  • Rethink introduces Interface with HHAeXchange for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to assist Service Providers in New Jersey. Providers in New Jersey can benefit from Rethink comprehensive EVV solution which ensures service compliance and streamlines service delivery.

Enhancements - Electronic Visit Verification Tellus

The user now has the option to select updated reason codes from Tellus. These updates can be found under Staff verification on the EVV appointments.

·   Users can now have the option to resend appointments that have EVV Status as “Success” with a new appointment ID in case the appointment claim is rejected, denied, or partially denied.

Enhancements - File Cabinet Filters

You can now filter the files in the file cabinet by keyword, tag, effective date, expiration date or created date.
