Mobile App-Request Parent/Guardian Review & Sign Session Notes Remotely (Billable Session Notes)

Staff completing session notes on the Rethink mobile app can request a parent/guardian Review & Sign completed session notes remotely using their own Rethink log-in.

1. Permissions: Select permission Request Remote Parent Signature in company account>roles

2. Select the option “Allow Remote Parent Signature” in the parent digital signature field added to any existing or new billable session note templates in the company account settings.

3. Client Contact must have a Rethink login

• Select billable session note template

• Complete all required fields

• Click Choose next to the option Request Remote Review

After syncing, the parent will be able to log in to their Rethink account, open the appointment, and review and sign the session note.

Good to Know:

• After selecting the client contact the parent-guardian signature, name, and the relation field will be disabled.

To clear the remote review option select choose next to the remote review option>select clear.

The parent-guardian digital signature fields will be reset to be actionable.

Not seeing the Request Remote Review option?

This means the staff was not provided permissions for this feature and/or the billable session note template does not have the option to allow a parent remote signature.
