Overview of the Client's File Cabinet
The client FILING CABINET is a tab located within the client’s individual profile. The filing cabinet is a storage location where staff may add client specific files. The level of accessibility to the filing cabinet and with the files within the filing cabinet is based on permissions set for an individual role. This is also a location parents/caregivers may have access to if they have a Rethink login.

Ensure each Role is given appropriate File Cabinet Permissions by navigating to Company Account>Roles |

To access the File Cabinet, navigate to Clients>Click on the Client Name>File Cabinet |

Add New Folders and Upload Files | Click +Add New Folder, name the new folder, and click SAVE. You can also choose to make a Shared Folder by marking the applicable check box and selecting User(s) to share it with via the drop down (parents/caregivers will show in the drop down once they register for their Rethink parent account)
Click Upload File, select the folder you want the file to be in, and choose the file to be uploaded. Add optional tags for reporting purposes, and click Upload.
