Clients and Client Info For Supervisors

This resource will review ACCESSING individual clients and their CLIENT INFORMATION tab.

EDITING information within their profile requires a permission. To review editing areas of the client information tab for overall set up, see Client Profile Set Up

 

Accessing Clients

When using Rethink to view individual clients or complete any clinical tasks for an individual client (i.e. programming, data collection or report writing), you will start within the Clients tab

The clients listed on the landing page and what level of engagement you have with a Client’s individual profile are based on permissions provided within your Role.

On this landing page you’ll:

  • Use the search filters to search for clients

  • Select their name as the hyperlink to enter into their profile

  • If a client IS NOT listed on the landing page, this may be due to several reasons (e.g. permissions, client not directly assigned to you, client profile is inactive, etc.). Contact your administrative staff if needed.

 

Once in a Client’s profile, a new set of tabs will populate. The content in those tabs are specific to the client.

  • Moving between clients from this page can be done within the drop-down option in the top left corner.

 

 

Client Information Tab

The CLIENT INFO tab within a client’s profile provides different options specific to the client’s information.

  • Refer to the resource above to edit any information within this tab

 

Client DEMOGRAPHICS

The client demographics section is the information provided when the client was inputted into Rethink. Here is where demographic information specific to the client can be added, edited, or deleted based on permissions.

 

Client NOTES

The notes section within the client info tab is where notes can be placed specific to a client. These are considered anecdotal notes in a notebook/post-it note. Access to this section also requires a permission.

  • ADDING, EDITING, and DELETING notes are all individual permissions provided to staff

  • New notes DO NOT provide a notification to staff members

Client CONTACTS

The contacts section is where parents or caregivers for the client may be listed and new/additional contacts can be added.

  • Contacts may have been inputted when the client was originally added to Rethink or can be added at a later time from this page.

Client DIAGNOSIS

Client diagnosis is available for VIEWING, ADDING, and/or EDITING within this section.

  • Permissions are needed for this section and may be completed by your leadership team

  • See resource above for more information on adding a diagnosis to a client’s profile

 

Client FUNDERS

Client funders are available for VIEWING or ADDING within this section.

  • Funders are needed to be added for running funder reports within the client’s profile

  • See resource above for more information on adding funders to a client’s profile

Client REFERRING PROVIDERS

  • See resource above for more information on adding referring providers to a client’s profile

 

Client AUTHORIZATIONS

  • See resource above for more information on adding authorizations to a client’s profile

 

Client STAFF ASSIGNMENTS

Staff can be assigned to clients in two locations:

  • Client landing page via the lightning bolt paired with the client

  • Within the staff assignment section of their profile
