Viewing Data Notes and Trial by Trial Data--Website

Graphs, raw data, and data notes can all found by clicking on VIEW DATA for a program.

VIEW DATA can be accessed from either:

Once you have clicked on VIEW DATA. Choose which data you wish to view: INTERVENTION (aka teaching data) or MAINTENANCE.

The MAINTENANCE tab will only display if MAINTENANCE data collection has began.

To view data and notes on specific targets, scroll down and click on SHOW GOAL DATA

Once you’ve clicked on SHOW GOAL DATA, scroll to find the target you wish to view data on and click on that target

Here you will find all data for sessions that have been synced.

Information included here: Date, # correct/# incorrect, % correct, notes left, name of staff member who collected the data

Notes will only show if the staff member left notes on a specific target during a session. Notes can be left via the website and mobile app.

If you wish to view trial by trial data, click on VIEW DETAILS under the date of the data you wish to view.

Trial by trial data will only show if staff entered trial by trial data during the session. If they summarized the data, by only adding in the % correct for a target, then trial by trial data will not show.

If staff made a mistake on data collection on the mobile app and manually corrected the data, then trial by trial data will not sync for that target.

If you wish, you can PRINT the data from the program.
