Duration data can be viewed as average duration or total duration in ANALYZE DATA and in FUNDER REPORTS. Because duration data can be viewed multiple ways, when entering duration data on the website a “observation length” needs to be entered. (Please note this is automatically calculated when using the mobile app for data collection)

To Enter DURATION data on the website:

  • Click on the program that is set up with DURATION data collection under the DATA ENTRY TAB

  • Choose the target(s)/plan you wish to enter data on. Then add in total duration of the target along with the amount of time you observed the client. This could be a programmed amount of time, determined by a supervisor OR the entire length of the session. Data can be entered as SECONDS, MINUTES, HOURS.

  • Don’t forget to click SAVE to save/graph your data!
