Writing and Tracking Parent Goals
There may be times you wish to write a parent goal and collect data on parents' progress towards the goal.

| 1 | Once you have clicked on a client, click on PROGRAM LIBRARY. | 
| If you do not have access to the PROGRAM LIBRARY, check with a supervisor at your place of employment to ensure you have been granted permission to access the PROGRAM LIBRARY. |
| 2 | Once in the PROGRAM LIBRARY, click on CREATE CUSTOM PROGRAM. |

| 3 | Write your parent training custom program as you would a custom client program. |

Any staff member can use any CUSTOM PROGRAM for any client. Once a CUSTOM PROGRAM is written for the library, it can be added to any client by any staff member with permission to do so. |
| 4 | Once you written your parent training custom program, ADD the program to the client |
| If you wish to immediately EDIT the program to begin data collection right away, choose to add the program to the CURRENT PLAN. If you wish to introduce this program in the near future, do not have time to immediately EDIT the program, or do not want to begin data collection right away, choose to add the program to the FUTURE PLAN. If you wish to group all of your parent goals together, you can do so using the RE-ORDER PROGRAMS feature. | 5 | Once you’ve added the parent training program to a the client. Click on CLIENT PROGRAM and EDIT the program just as you would a client program. |

| 6 | Once the program has been edited and is in the CURRENT PLAN, data collection can begin. Data can be collected via DATA ENTRY on the website or via the MOBILE APP. | Website: Mobile App: |

| 7 | Data collected on parent goals will pull into FUNDER REPORTS. |
| If you wish to re-arrange the order goals appear in the Funder Report, you can download the Funder Report as a Word Document and cut and paste goals into your preferred order. |
