Manually Enter Appointment Location Address Control Setting (Billable Appointments Only)

This new setting provides admin a way to control if users can manually enter an address into the appointment location address field.

Good to Know: We recommend providers audit their company account location addresses to ensure they are correct before restricting users from manually entering into the location address field.

 

 

STEP 1: Go to Company Account>Scheduling section

 

STEP 2: Switch the toggle to the right for setting "Require a location to be entered for billable appointments.

 

STEP 3: Turn on the toggle “Allow staff to manually enter location address if location field is required”

Select SAVE at the bottom of the page

Good to Know: Users will be able to manually add location if any of the following options were selected from the location drop down values: Client Home, Community, School, Staff Home
