Payroll Export: Running Reports Based on Staff Assigned Location
Learn how to run payroll exports using the new staff location filter
Navigate to the Reporting Dashboard
Select Payroll Exports
On the ‘Report Type: Payroll Export' tab, use the ‘Staff Assigned Location(s)’ field to select the location you want to filter by. You may select multiple locations. You must select at least one location.

Good to Know:
If a staff is assigned multiple locations, only one of the assigned locations needs to be selected in order for all of the staff’s hours to be pulled into the report
Both on demand and subscribed reports have the ‘Staff Assigned Location(s)’ filter
My Reports/Subscribed Reports Tabs
On the My Reports and Subscribed Reports tabs, there is a new 'Staff Assigned Location(s) column. This column will display all the locations that were selected when running the report

On the downloaded export, there is a new 'Staff Assigned Location(s) header. This header will display all the locations that were selected when running the report
