Payroll Export: Running Reports Based on Staff Assigned Location

Learn how to run payroll exports using the new staff location filter

  • Navigate to the Reporting Dashboard

  • Select Payroll Exports

  • On the ‘Report Type: Payroll Export' tab, use the ‘Staff Assigned Location(s)’ field to select the location you want to filter by. You may select multiple locations. You must select at least one location.

  • On demand reports:

  • Run your report

Good to Know:

  • If a staff is assigned multiple locations, only one of the assigned locations needs to be selected in order for all of the staff’s hours to be pulled into the report

  • Both on demand and subscribed reports have the ‘Staff Assigned Location(s)’ filter

 

My Reports/Subscribed Reports Tabs

  • On the My Reports and Subscribed Reports tabs, there is a new 'Staff Assigned Location(s) column. This column will display all the locations that were selected when running the report

 

Export:

  • On the downloaded export, there is a new 'Staff Assigned Location(s) header. This header will display all the locations that were selected when running the report
