User Story

As a district level admin overseeing building(s), I need to see an overall picture of the grades within the district/building so that I identify which grades are most in need of support in the areas of ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL, and attendance.

UI:

• Admin can view the report by grade by clicking on a building from the building view or by clicking on dropdown below graphs and selecting Grade

• The user will see the grades in chronological order. They can filter to view one or more grades by selecting the grade filter

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given a student has taken a specific test multiple times with the ScreeningWindowStartDate and ScreeningWindowEndDate, we will use the most recent testing data for that student.

  • Students will only have one set of data per test and testing window.

• Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select a building from the district view, I will see a list of grades for the selected building

• Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select grade from the dropdown I will see a list of grades for the selected building

• Given I am a user who wants to view specific grades (one or more), then I will click the Grade filter to select the grades to view.

• Given I am an admin of a single building, the default view will be view by Grade with the Grades in chronological order.

• Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I am viewing the Grade level overview, I will see the total number of student who have measured at the Tier 2, or Tier 3 level based on the cut score settings on the graph for the given areas for the selected time frame

• Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I am viewing the Grade level overview, I will see the total percentage of students who have measured at the Tier 2, or Tier 3 level based on the cut score settings on the details below the graph for the given areas for the selected time frame

• Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I am viewing the Grade Overview, I will see the all the Grades who are a part of the district/building in in chronological order.

• Given I am a district/building level admin and I have the MTSS Intervention component but I do not have SEL component, I will NOT see the SEL graph, tab, and SEL columns

• Given I am a district/building level admin and I have the MTSS Intervention component but I have purchased Wellness, I will see wellness instead of SEL in the graph, tab, and SEL columns

• Given I am a district/building level admin and I have the MTSS Intervention component but I have purchased Life Skills and Wellness, I will see Life Skills and Wellness instead of SEL in the graph, tab, and SEL columns

User Story

As a district level admin overseeing buildings, I need to easily get back to the building view I was viewing before I selected to view by grade.

UI:

• Admin can view building report by clicking on the district in the breadcrumbs if they are a multi-building account or they can select building from dropdown

• Grade has been added to the breadcrumbs once grade dropdown selected

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select the district breadcrumb, I will return to the district building overview

• Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select the building in dropdown, I will return to the district building overview

User Story

As a district level admin overseeing building(s), I need to be able to investigate what is happening in a specific grade for a given building.

UI:

• Admin can investigate into what is happening by grade by clicking on the grade row or by selecting the grade from the grade filter

• Admin clicks on Grade in column and is taken to the classrooms for that grade level.

• The grade level is added as a filter.

Or they can select grade from dropdown and Grade will be added to the breadcrumbs once grade dropdown selected

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select the grade level row, I will see the classrooms for that grade level

• Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select the grade level from filter, I will see the classrooms for that grade level
