Ability to edit a behavior goal and settings prior to data collection starting.

Ability to edit interval data collection settings with and without data entered.

Important to Know!

1.If steps 1 and 5 have been completed and saved, you are now able to edit ALL fields in those steps when data has not been entered.

Reminder: Step 1 and Step 5 are required in order to enter baseline and intervention data.

2.Edit step one of behavior support, then ALL fields can be edited prior to data collection commencing.

  • Behavior definition

  • Behavior Justification

  • Behavior Intensity/Severity

  • Increase/Decrease Behavior

  • Data collection type

  • Goals and objectives

  • Template

  • Plan Name

If you have a behavior set up with interval data collection with data , you will now have the option to edit interval data collection settings and continue taking data on the goal.

Interval settings that can be edited:

1.Interval time settings (seconds, minutes, hours)

2.Interval type settings (Partial, Whole, Momentary Time Sample)

3.If both settings are changed and then saved, one automatic phase change line will be shown.

4.All changes will be shown on view data, analyze data, funder reports, data entry, and the mobile app.

If you set up a behavior goal with interval data collection and you have data entered (baseline and/or intervention), you can now change the interval time setting in behavior support. Example. You can change an interval from 15 minutes to 30 minute interval or changing from a 2 minute interval to a 30 second interval.

If you make a change to the interval time settings and save these changes, the following will be shown:

1.An autophase change change line will populate on the graph on the date this change was made stating “Interval Setting Change” .

2.Interval time updates will also be shown on the data entry page on the website.

3.All changes will automatically be applied to the mobile app once the user logs in with internet connection.
