This update includes adding a new filter for staff members as well as options to only export appointments that do not have a progress note id or service log id.

Staff Member Filter

In reporting dashboard>DPH integration report there is a new filter for staff.

 

  • by default, “select all” is checked.

  • to select only an individual staff member, uncheck select all to uncheck all staff members, then select the staff member you intend to filter by.

  • when clicking export, only appointments associated with checked staff members will appear in the export.

Include appointments with no Progress Note ID in xml export

In reporting dashboard>DPH integration, new option available

 

  • By default, this box is unchecked

  • When option is selected only appointments without progress note id’s will be included in the xml export.

  • Progress note id can be found here in the XML file

  • By default, this box is unchecked

  • When option is selected only appointments without service log id’s will be included in the xml export.
