Client File Cabinet: Updated session note file name convention

• A change was made to the file name convention for session notes in order to resolve an issue related to session notes not saving to the file cabinet.

• The following 2 changes were made:

  • Session Note will now display as “SN”

  • Only first 5 letters of the service name will display

• Open

  

*More updates to follow that will allow users to see the following data in the session note table view of the file cabinet

Edit Appointment Loophole Fixes

• Updated logic to restrict users without Edit Verified appointment permissions to change appointment dates and times when there are verifications or session notes completed.

RBT Training Certificate and Company Logo

• Per BACB requirements, provider logos are no longer permitted on Rethink Training Certificates. 

• In the company account, the ability to upload the logo for the purpose of adding it to the RBT Training Certificate has been removed.

• All Company Logos have been removed from completed RBT Training Certificates.

Uncancel Appointments

• Provides users with permission the ability to uncancel previously cancelled appointments.

New Scheduler Permission- Cancel Appointments

• The ability for admin to provide specific permission for users to cancel unverified and/or verified appointments.

Funder Combine Charge Updates

Tutorial:

• Appointments scheduled on the same day with a different place of service will be flagged in the billing export when the funder setting for combine charge is enabled and there are appointments not included in the roll up due to having a different place of service assigned.

Modifier Code Update for HHAeXchange

• New functionality ONLY for customers using HHAeXchange

  • If the option ‘Yes’ is selected for field ‘Do you want to restrict which staff can provide this service or bill multiple rates for this service?' then the modifiers need to be added to the respective modifier fields for all credentials and removed from the ‘Billing Code for claims/invoices’ field. For clients using Kareo, if these changes are not made then this will result in claim issues

Sandata California

• Sandata will now include the state of California

• Sandata California works like the other States supported by Sandata.

  • one additional field for Sandata California is the Jurisdiction ID field on the Funder page
