UI

• Under Done, the student will see a list of items they have completed this school year

• Each item will show the date the item was last completed

• We will show up to 3 assignments on screen for grade K-3 students and 8 assignments on the screen for grade 4-12 students. If additional assignments are due today or past due, the student will click the arrow on the right to load up to 3 or 8 additional assignments (first 3 or 8 assignments will be pushed to the left & can be retrieved by pushing the arrow on the left)

Business Rules

• Students in grades Early Intervention, Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 will see the Younger UI

• Students NOT in grades Early Intervention, Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 will see the Older UI

• If the student does not have have least 1 non-complete SEL or Mental Health assignment OR at least 1 Skills assignment that they have not yet completed today, but they DO have at least 1 completed assignment, they will default to the Done section when they click on Assignments.

• Any SEL or Mental Health assignment completed during the current academic year will show under Done. The academic year runs from 7/1 - 6/30.

• If an item was previously completed by the student but has since been re-assigned (and not completed), they will see the item under Done but will not be able to view the item

• If an item has been completed multiple times by the student, we will show the most recently completed version of the assignment

• Skills activities will only show under Done if they have been completed on today’s date

• The icon on the button indicates which type of assignment it is. Hovering on the icon will show text description of the assignment type

Business Rules

• All assignments that are in video format will be treated as a video assignment (not just those from Learn section). These will show the date the video was last submitted. The student may view again.

• All assignments that are non-interactive PDFs will be treated as a resource. These will show the date they were last viewed. The student may view again.

• All SEL & Mental Health assignments that are interactive will be treated as a worksheet. These will show the date they were last submitted. The student may view completed assignment UNLESS it has been reassigned.

• All quizzes will be treated as a quiz. These will show the date the quiz was last completed. The student may view their results UNLESS the quiz has been reassigned.

• All self-assessments will be treated as an assessment. These will show the date the assessment was last completed. The student may view their responses, but not make any changes.

• All Skills activities will be treated as an activity. They will show as done if they were completed on today’s date. The student will see their score & may play the activity again.

• When students click on the assignment card showing the date that they completed the Self-Assessment, they will see the answers that they selected when they click through the assessment

• They can click through every question and see every response

• They can not change the answers once they have completed the quiz

Business Needs

• Once they reach question 45, they will not see a right arrow

• Answer selections can not be changed once completed

• If no assignments are complete, the student will see the empty state

Business Rules

• The empty state will show when the student does not have least 1 complete SEL or Mental Health assignment during the current academic year (7/1 - 6/30) OR at least 1 Skills activity completed on today’s date.
