Behavior Support Tab for Direct Staff
Behavior Support is the title of a tab located within a Client’s profile on the Rethink Website. All behavior programs for the Client are housed within this tab. This resource is a general overview of the Behavior Support tab as it relates to RBT/BT job responsibilities. This tab is where staff can:
VIEW details of client’s behavior support programs
Learn about general steps that go into creating Behavior Support Plans
View Rethink materials associated with behavior support
Print a plan
To access the behavior support tab, first navigate to the client’s profile through CLIENTS and select the CLIENTS NAME (hyperlink) to enter their profile
Behavior Support Tab
There are 3 tabs within Behavior Support (Learn, View Plan, and Materials)
Learn - Resources on behavioral components that go into writing a behavior plan (added by Rethink)
View Plan - view the behavior support programs written for the client
Materials - compilation of behavior specific materials populate by Rethink
View Details of Behavior Programs
To view Behavior Programs and information written within those programs, select VIEW PLAN.
SELECT the plan you’d like to view from the options to the left
The details of the plan selected will display in the center of the page
These same details are viewable on the Mobile-App as well
Details will include (but not limited to):
Plan Name
Behavioral definition
How data is being collected
When the plan began
Behavior function
Antecedent (including proactive strategies and replacement skills)
Consequence Strategies (How staff should respond following the behavior)
Goal of behavior plan (with potential benchmark objectives)
NOTE: The information provided in this plan depends on what was written by the client’s supervisor. You may see more or less information than the options above.
(The plan below is an example)
If a program has multiple plans listed, select the plan with the most up-to-date information to view. This means the client’s supervisor made changes to the plan when it was evaluated.
Plan Up for Review
Plans that have flags next to their title, mean the plan is up for review. A supervisor will be reviewing plans, no need to interact with this page any differently when flags are noted
