Duplicating Funder Reports

When running a funder report, users will now have the ability to duplicate previously completed funder reports so that they can rename a copy of the report and view or edit all fields duplicated.

Funder Reports Tab

To duplicate a funder report, following theses steps:

1.Click on the tab Funder Reports in the client portal.

2. Then, locate the report you need to duplicate and click on the purple action lightening bolt.

3. Click on “Duplicate Report

 

 

Tip!

Duplicating progress reports with a new date range, updates to any notes or status fields, and a new signature, will be a quick alternative to running a new progress report.

Editing a duplicated funder report

Once you have duplicated the report, all fields of a funder report will be duplicated, please note the following:

  • Users can edit any field that has been duplicated: The following are some examples:

    • date ranges for progress

    • types of graph

    • goals status

    • notes

    • text areas and text fields

    • tables

    • Other fields that have been added to a client report template for a “treatment report”.

  • Signature fields are cleared when a user duplicates a funder report so that it can be signed and dated for the new report.

  • Once you duplicate a funder report, it will open the funder report in edit mode so that changes can be made on the new report.

  • When duplicating funder reports, remember to:

    • Rename your new report

    • Change the date range for skill and behavior progress

    • Update any notes or goal statuses needed

    • Add a new signature
