Mobile App: Session Note Syncing and Improved Messaging

These enhancements will provide the following to Rethink App Users:

1.Users will have better visibility from the Rethink APP to know if a session note is completed or saved as a Draft on the website.

2.Users will receive clearer messaging after attempting to sync a session note from the App when there is already a note saved on the website.

3.Users will receive clearer messaging after syncing a session note from the App when there is already a draft note saved on the website.

Session Note saved on website when user downloads appointment on APP

 

App clearly informs user that the session note is complete and provides direction to go to the website to view if needed.

 

Draft Session Note saved on website when user downloads appointment on APP

User sees message that there is a DRAFT session note completed on the website and provides direction to go to the website to view if needed.

 

No Messaging: App did not recognize draft session notes

Session Note saved on website AFTER user downloads appointment on APP

or

in offline mode

User sees message that there is already a note saved on the website.

** Any verifications will sync if there are no verifications already saved on the website.

** Collected Data will sync

 

User received a Sync successful message, but the session note did not sync.

Any collected data or verifications did sync and will continue to sync.

Draft Session Note saved on website AFTER when user downloads appointment on APP

or

in offline mode

After Syncing user sees message the note will sync but it will replace the Draft Session Note saved to the website.

 

App did not recognize draft session notes, no message received although the completed note did sync and replace the Draft session note.
