Maintenance Schedule Notification (Website & Mobile App):

Based on the schedule set on the website and data previously collected, you will receive a maintenance notification for the target(s), that are scheduled for data collection. The schedules include: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

| Maintenance Schedule and Viewing the Maintenance Notification:
 The bell notification indicates that the specific target is scheduled for maintenance data collection.
Data Entry: All maintenenace notifications will be shown in the target drop down menu based on previous maintenance data entered and the current schedule that is set. 
| After setting up a maintenance schedule on the website, you will see notifications based on the schedule and if data needs to be entered. Important! Maintenance targets will not be hidden, this was implemented so that if BCBAs or Administrators needed to make programming or data collection revisions, these could still be done on the website or mobile app. Example backdating or making corrections.

Changing the maintenance schedule with the maintenance notifications | If you reach mastery criteria and chanage the maintenance schedule, this will restart the maintenance mastery criteraia and this will update the maintenance notificaiton for the targets.
| Reminder that maintenance schedule applies to all targets for a skill acquisition goal. if you switch from weekly to bi-weekly (or another schedule), the change will be applied to all targets. |
Mobile App maintenance notifications

When data needs to be collected on a specfic target based on the schedule set up and previous data entered, the mobile app will also show the maintenance notifcation in both the settings and collect data areas of skill acquisition programs. Changing the maintenance schedule with maintenance notifications on the app | Similar to the website, if a maintenance schedule has been changed, maintenance notifcations will be shown to the left of the target and will reflect the new maintenance schedule that has been saved.
